At ADS Pet Store, we want your furry friends to look their best in our high-fashion apparel. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your confirmation email and secure it to your package.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
